Learn to make Black Forest Scones!

Interested in baking and currently in year 10 or 11 at school? 
If so, this is the perfect FREE half-day workshop during February half term for all the budding bakers out there!

You will be guided through the process of making cookies from start to finish and will leave with a variety of delicious delights to take home with you!

Allergen information: this course uses wheat, dairy and egg. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to tailor recipes for substitutions or alterations, as these can fundamentally change the composition and outcome of the recipes.

How to make chocolate scones from scratch and piping cream and chocolate.

All of the learning is completed through practical sessions in the college’s state of the art training kitchen facility.  

The classes are instructive while in a relaxed/fun atmosphere. Questions will be answered and lots of hints and tips will be given throughout the workshop.

You MUST currently be in Year 10 or Year 11 at school.

No experience is necessary. Everything will be provided for you.
