About the course
The Life and Living Skills course at Entry 1 is aimed at developing the social and personal skills of learners with a view to improving their independent living skills and literacy and numeracy at different levels.
Students have the opportunity to practise and develop the life skills needed to participate fully as members of their communities and as citizens in the wider community.

You will be invited to interview after making your application online or in person. If possible you should bring your transition plan from your school along with you or bring your personal advisor along with an EHCP/S139a.

You may be able to progress onto the next level programme if this is appropriate or to the full cost Leisure course.
You will be required to meet with the course tutors before an offer of a place is made and to provide a statement of Special Educational Needs (S139a).
