KickStart

This course is designed to give you the skills, confidence and independence to progress further in your studies. It allows you to build on your study skills, soft skills needed for college and employment, as well as giving you the opportunity to research other vocational areas within the college. You will also study English and maths as part of your programme.

Course assessed by:

• 100% coursework / practical

2 GCSEs grade 1 or above with commitment and ability to learn in a college environment. On arrival you will complete an initial assessment to see which level you are working at.

You will be required to attend a college interview prior to enrolling onto this course.

When you are ready you can move into a vocational course at college or into work.
