There is NO direct entry to this course for school leaversThis course is designed for those who want to further their skills and work front of house in the hospitality industry. You will focus on skills including customer service and communication skills, leading a team, supervising restaurants effectively, managing stock control, creating cocktails, recommending and serving wines to customers in our public Aspire Restaurant.
This qualification and skills you will learn will open the doors to a wealth of career opportunities within hospitality.

There may be one off course costs payable, usually for uniforms this will be discussed with you at interview.
