The Aspire restaurant at City College has become the home for three new business clubs
The Business Breakfast and The Afternoon Meeting will both be a great opportunity for professional business people to meet and discuss topical issues, to network and to hear from a range of guest speakers and industry experts. There will be a short presentation on business skills.
The City Dining Club will meet once a month to talk, network and relax. Bring a colleague or partner. Guest speakers or short presentations will be part of the groups.
The Launch was held on Thursday 29th November and was host to 26 business guests including many inspiring speakers from the local community, Barclays and James Vickerage, Director of Maverick AV were among them.
Membership to the clubs gives you access to some pretty impressive media packages and industry training experts, branding gurus, marketing consultants and many other superb offers.
There will be training courses as part of the membership. This is likely to include skills development and support such as Personal and business Collateral, LinkedIn profile development, IT Training, Communication cycles for business, body language and much more.
All members will have the opportunity to give a 20-minute presentation about their business over the course of the year, explore media options and also receive personal mentoring monthly or quarterly whichever you feel most suits your needs from a range of specialists.
As a Mentor, trainer and advocate for lifelong education and learning, Beverley Poole will deliver sessions on development and psychology, behaviours, personality structures and insights into the reason you work in a particular way...
It's powerful, it's fun and you will learn something new.
