City College Southampton is looking to recruit a Temporary Bursary Officer Assistant to help the student financial support function during a busy 4 week period. Reporting to the Bursary Officer they will be assisting the Bursary Officer to ascertain student eligibility for financial support, ordering and issuing bus passes and kit.

Full or part time candidates are welcome but the applicant must be available to work from 21st August 2017 for a period of four weeks.

Candidates will need to have GCSE Maths to at least grade C and be confident in a customer service environment.

Experience of student financial support in the Education sector would be desirable, but more importantly the individual will have a commitment to the organisation and a hands on approach supporting students and ensuring the right financial support is issued.
