37 hours per week (some occasional evening work) • Fixed Term for 6 weeks from 28th August 2018 - 5th October 2018 • Salary: Up to £8.50 per hour

We are looking to recruit a temporary Student Records Administrator to assist the Student Records team during a busy 6 week period.

The role is to assist with administration relating to enrolment. The main duties will be:

• Adding qualifications on entry to a database
• Undertake checks for prior qualifications
• Sort & file LA’s
• Resolve possible match ULN queries and enter to a database
• Telephone enquiries

The successful candidate will be flexible and possess good communication skills. Knowledge and experience of working in a busy administrative environment is advantageous.

This position will suit an someone with a Level 2 qualification ideally in business administration or customer service, and a GCSE English (A*-C) and GCSE Mathematics (A*-C) (or equivalents) are essential.

The closing date for applications is Monday 7th August 2018. Interviews will be held on Monday 13th August 2018.
