Are you passionate about enabling independence and resilience in students? Do you believe that young people can and should achieve, despite barriers to learning?

We are a specialised and highly motivated Student Support team who focus on positive outcomes for young people, supporting them to attend, stay on course and achieve. We are looking for a Student Adviser who can really make a difference in delivering pastoral support provision.

You will have an understanding of the barriers to learning that may be faced by students, experience of working with people with complex needs and knowledge of further education settings. You will also need to have awareness and an understanding of Safeguarding relating to young people in education settings.

You must be able to work flexibly as a positive and pro-active team member and have an organised approach, conducive to managing a caseload of students. 

The vacancy closes on the Monday 20 December 2021 and interviews will take place on the Thursday 6 January 2022, please ensure you are available on this date.
