Associate Teacher in AAT
Salary: £20.98 (unqualified) or £24.27 (qualified) per hour

The business & accounting department at City College Southampton are looking for an associate teacher in AAT. The successful candidate will have the ability to teach up to AAT Level 4, have a relevant accounting qualification (e.g CIMA, AAT, ACCA) and relevant occupational competence.
City College has excellent facilities that support highly imaginative and innovative approaches to teaching, learning and assessment of our students.
-Ability to teach up to Level 4 of the AAT award
-Relevant accounting qualification (e.g. CIMA, AAT, ACCA etc.)
-Relevant occupational competence
-Teaching qualification, PTLLs as a minimum
-Previous experience delivering both financial and management accounting elements.

The hourly rate as advertised is a range within the band and your appointment will be based upon your skills, experience and qualifications. Hours of work for this role are flexible and not guaranteed. You are free to accept or decline offers of work and the Corporation is under no obligation to offer you engagements or re-engagement. The hourly rate includes an enhancement for annual leave and lesson preparation / marking.
