The Apprentice Support Hub is a centralised support network for apprentices and employers to communicate with the college and for tutors to flag any performance, attendance or behavioural concerns that need to be improved.  We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic and organised individual to coordinate this very important area of the Apprenticeship Delivery model here at City College.  

Being the first point of contact in the Apprentice Support Hub, you will be responsible for the coordination and reporting of enquiries. You will work closely with management, employers, assessors and curriculum to ensure apprenticeship tracking and quality is robust and that every apprentice and employer receives an excellent experience.

This role will involve a high level of organisation and applied reasoning to ensure that enquiries are managed effectively and systems are in place to enhance the future provision.  This requires somebody who is used to working independently and likes to see something through to a final outcome.

To be successful in this role you will need to have excellent communication, IT, customer service and team work skills.

The role will close on Monday 20th August 2018 with interviews taking place on Friday 31st August 2018.
