An excellent opportunity to work as an Apprentice Support Team Co-ordinator at Associated British Ports in Southampton.

You will join a central multi-functional department which provides support to the Southampton Leadership team and Managers ensuring adequate cover is maintained including Reception and other support functions as agreed using best use of available technology.

Duties will include:

  • Processing documents, letters, contracts etc
  • Reception Cover, switchboard cover, post management
  • Assisting with diary management, arranging meetings, travel
  • Maintaining accurate records, filing systems, archiving
  • Assisting with cruise rosters
  • Assisting with purchasing duties
  • Assisting with induction programmes for new employees
  • Checking driving licences
  • Assisting with Pilotage Exemption Certificates
  • Reporting to the Office Manager
