Level 2 Apprenticeship in Business Administration

Wage £3.95 per hour

Vacancy description

An excellent opportunity to work as an Administration and Customer Contact Apprentice at an industry leader in the maintenance and repair of motorhomes and motor vehicles based in Southampton.

Duties will include: answering the phone, communicating with customers to ensure they are fully informed about the progress of their job, creation of job sheets and invoicing.

Working within a small team, you will also be asked to assist in preparing marketing materials for shows approx. 6 - 8 times a year.

Qualifications required

GCSE (or equivalent) A*-C in English and Maths
