37 hours per week • Fixed Term for 3 weeks • Salary: Up to £9 per hour

We are looking to recruit a temporary Student Recruitment Officer to assist marketing and admissions team during a busy 3 week period.

You will provide administrative support to our admissions and enrolment teams to process student ID cards during a very busy enrolment period at the college.

You will be responsible for taking the photos of the students and processing their details on the computer in order to produce a student ID card for them. You will also undertake other general administration tasks where required.

You will have experience in a customer service role, in an education or training environment is preferred but not essential.  You will be able to demonstrate excellent personal communication skills and are positive, assertive and flexible. 

You will have extensive administrative skills with an excellent attention to detail. Your communication skills will be required to build relationships with students and internal teams throughout the college.

You should be educated to Level 2 or above, including GCSE grades C or above in English and maths, or equivalent qualifications.  Excellent organisational and administrative skills, and a proven ability to work in a busy environment are essential, and candidates should be highly competent users of MS Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.

The closing date for applications is Monday 7th August. Interviews will be held on Monday 14th August.
