An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Maths team, delivering mainly GCSE Maths and also Functional Skills maths. This job role will suit an inspirational and experienced teacher who is committed to contributing to an outstanding student experience. Part time applications will be considered.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high quality teaching, learning and assessment to 16-19-year-old students undertaking a Study Programme; to maximise achievement and the improvement of maths skills. Good motivational and classroom management skills are essential. An ability to manage time effectively to complete workload and achieve Key Performance Indicators is required, as are flexibility and being receptive to new ideas and approaches.

The successful candidate will be a level 5 qualified teacher (Cert Ed, PGCE, DTLLS, QTLS), preferably with a minimum level 3 subject specific qualification in maths.
