37 hours per week • Salary: Up to £31,017 depending on experience

The Foundation Learning department at City College Southampton is looking for an experienced teacher to work with young people aged 16-24 in a full time teaching role. You will have a relevant qualification at level 4 or above and teaching experience.

Foundation Learning specialises in working with learners with BESD and SEND challenges, therefore experience in a similar field would be an advantage. Managing and defusing challenging behaviours is essential, as is the ability to engage young people.
