A fantastic high achieving College in the heart of Southampton, Hampshire is looking to appoint a full time lecturer in Business. This post would suit either an experience teacher a graduate in business or similar discipline who wishes to train as a teacher in further education.
You will have the ability to motivate a group of young learners, and create drive and engagement from them in order to achieve results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and an appreciation of the uses of IT are essential, as is a commitment to excellence.
As well as acting as a Tutor, you will teach and assess on agreed courses, maintain up to date records and take on an internal assessment role in line with college policy.

The salary offered is up to £31,482 plus pension, 39 days annual leave and statutory bank holidays. The salary is dependent on experience and negotiable for the right candidate.
