Our ICT Support Team is the central point of contact for all IT related incidents and service requests. The post holder provides first and second line support for all of our staff and students by resolving support request and meeting customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery demands.  

IT Support staff work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment which provides services over the phone, through e-mail, remotely, in person (for walk-in customers) with a move towards self-service.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience. Along with strong troubleshooting skills to resolve problems with computer systems, including hardware and software, e-mail, network and peripheral equipment problems, along with making repairs and corrections where required is an everyday part of this role.

There is a certain amount of lifting required to re-locate/update equipment across all sites.
