The College is looking for an enthusiastic and resilient individual to join our small but fast-paced generalist HR team, which provides proactive and professional operational HR Advice to approx. 350 staff and managers.
The role will suit someone with experience of working in a busy administration role with excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach with a desire to work with Human Resources.
The successful candidate will be positive, assertive and flexible with excellent attention to detail. They will also be able to meet challenging deadlines, building good working relationships with staff at all levels and work within a collaborative team environment.
The role will involve all aspects of Human Resources work including some staff development and will support the Human Resources Business Partner and Director in carrying out projects, restructures and casework as well as general administration duties.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft office packages essential. Working knowledge of HR & Management Information Systems/databases would be useful. Additionally, experience of working in the education sector would be an advantage.
