We are offering a fantastic opportunity to join our dedicated team of professionals in the Student Records team.

The role entails a variety of duties including ensuring accurate information and effective assistance are provided in a timely manner to our customers.

Familiarity with student data to provide timetabling and register support to curriculum managers and teams are key aspects of the role. The Faculty Advisor will guide colleagues in the efficient use of information systems and provide assistance with access to information and individual reporting requirements.

As the Faculty Advisor, you will offer assistance and advice to curriculum staff for a wide range of activities including enrolment, registers, data amendments & analysis, awarding body registrations and qualification claims.

The successful candidate will be flexible and possess good organisation skills. Understanding of project work and knowledge of database administration is also desirable. A Level 3 Qualification ideally in ICT, Business Administration or Customer Service with GCSE English (A*-C)/ Level 2 Literacy and GCSE Mathematics (A*-C)/ Level 2 Numeracy (or equivalent) are essential.
