Salary: £20.98 (unqualified) to £24.27 (qualified) per hour

We are offering a fantastic opportunity to join our dedicated team of professionals and deliver outstanding teaching to the next generation in the Visual Arts Industry.
The role will suit an applicant who holds the minimum of a Level 3 qualification in theatrical media make-up, with relevant industry experience. Applicants should hold, or be willing to work towards the completion of a teaching qualification. Additional experience of teaching on level 3 programs with knowledge of new developments on these courses is desirable.
The successful candidate will be flexible, possess good motivational and classroom management skills. Knowledge and experience of project work, engaging with local businesses is also desirable combined with a knowledge and understanding of current industry practices and contemporary visual arts.

The hourly rate as advertised is a range within the band and your appointment will be based upon your skills, experience and qualifications. Hours of work for this role are flexible and not guaranteed. You are free to accept or decline offers of work and the Corporation is under no obligation to offer you engagements or re-engagement. The hourly rate includes an enhancement for annual leave and lesson preparation / marking.
