Assessor in Business
18.5 hours per week • Salary: £20,113-£22,231 pro rata

We are offering a fantastic opportunity to join our dedicated team here at City College Southampton as a Business Assessor.
This role would suit an applicant who holds Level 3 and 4 business related qualification with a minimum of 5 years industry experience. An Assessor award is required for the post.
The successful candidate will be flexible, possess good motivational skills. For this role there will be a high level of engagement with employers and apprentices so excellent organisational and communication skills is a must. As you will be visiting employer premises a driving licence and your own vehicle is essential.
You will have the ability to motivate your apprentices, creating drive and engagement from them in order to achieve results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must along with a commitment to an outstanding experience for the apprentice and their employer.
