Welcome to Aspire
Hospitality and catering students benefit from learning in real-life working environments including the college’s three dedicated training kitchens and commercial restaurant, Aspire Restaurant.
Aspire Restaurant seats up to 40 people and is open to the public for selected lunches and dinners during term time. Contemporary in design, Aspire has a licensed bar and a dedicated barista area. A viewing window to the kitchen allows the diners to be included in the culinary performance.
Students practice in a professional working environment under the eyes of skilled Head Chefs, training in the preparation and service of food and drink, as well as developing an array of business and customer service skills.
The training kitchens are fitted out with advanced industry-standard equipment enabling students to gain the up-to-date knowledge and practical skills needed to develop an exciting career in this fast-paced industry.
