Our hospitality students have an exciting opportunity to work with two of the finest development chefs from Essential Cuisine. They will be preparing and cooking a 3-course lunch using some of Essential Cuisine premier products. Essential Cuisine provides the hospitality industry with a range of best quality stocks, jus, gravies, demi-glaces & glaces.
