2016/17 Full-Time Course Enrolment

Congratulations on securing your place at City College

If you are due to start a full-time course at City College in September we have listed below information on when to arrive and enrol on your course.

Level 3 (2nd year) returning students
Students that have applied for/had a place accepted on the second year of a Level 3 course are to arrive at the college on
Thursday 25th August at 9am.

Level 3 (first year) new and returning students
Students that have applied for/had a place accepted for the first year of a Level 3 course are to arrive at the college on 
Wednesday 31st August at 9am.

Level 2 new and returning students
Students that have applied for/had a place accepted for a Level 2 course are to arrive at the college on
Thursday 1st September at 9am.

Level 1 new and returning students
Students that have applied for/had a place accepted for a Level 1 course are to arrive at the college on
Friday 2nd September at 9am.

Please arrive at the St Mary Street entrance at the main campus. If you have applied for a Marine course please go to the Marine Skills Centre in Woolston on the same day and time.

What to bring with you for your Enrolment Day:

• GCSE results slips, or confirmation of any other qualifications
• A form of original identification such as passport, driving licence or birth certificate
• Any outstanding documents for financial support and your supporting evidence
• Pre-order form for equipment and uniform if applicable
• Pen, paper, folder and dividers
• Money for food and drink or a packed lunch
