Bespoke Training
At City College we recognise that off-the-shelf training courses may not be the best solution for your business needs, so we can also offer a bespoke training solutions package.
By working closely with you to identify the issues and skills gaps you want to address, we can then design and develop appropriate training solutions - whether you require a tailored version of one of our existing courses or a totally bespoke programme.
Our bespoke training courses are competitively priced and we may also be able to help you to access funding so you can get even more for your training budget.
We would welcome the opportunity to visit your company to discuss our bespoke training solutions.
To arrange a free, no-obligation analysis of your needs please call our Employer Line (option 2) on 023 8048 4848 or email: workforce.skills@southampton-city.ac.uk
Testimonials
"We hire all of our apprentices through City College. What sets the college apart is it's not just willing, but keen to listen to the needs of the business and adapt its courses to the ever-changing landscape of the industry. For us, hiring apprentices allows us to create a new wave of driven young employees who are trained in the 'Quality Finish' way and able to lead the company forward far into the future."
Hannah O'Doherty - Quality Finish Patisserie"An excellent partnership is developing between City College and Oyster Yachts Southampton with the under lining goal of providing extremely well trained apprentices, which is not only beneficial for OYS but for the marine industry as a whole."
Terry Smith - S&G Management Ltd"All applicants from City College were very promising and it was difficult to pick just five. They have already shown a great amount of enthusiasm and we know they will fit in with our company culture."
Norman Blick - Oyster Yachts Southampton"We were extremely impressed with the setup of the college and the facilities on offer to hospitality students. After meeting a number of staff at the college we believed that the standard of tuition would support the high level of professionalism we look for in our organisation. Why would you not invest in your company's future with structured training programmes which are created for you?"
