What you will learn

These qualifications are offered at various levels, teaching anything from the very basics to more advanced skills.  Our classes offer you the opportunity to work on the skills that you need.  Your tutor will support you with the preparation for taking the Functional Skills accreditation at the right level for you.

Learning style

Students work on individual learning within small adult groups.

Entry requirements

You will need to attend an interview with a member of our admissions team. An initial assessment will tell you what skills you have already. A diagnostic assessment will show you which skills you need to work on.

What next?

Once you have achieved your qualification, you can progress to the next level or to a new area of learning.  You could use your qualification to help you with job hunting or to get onto that course you have always wanted to do.
