About this course
This course is for anyone interested in learning about the latest versions of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
This short introductory course will provide you with the basics to manage and edit your own digital photography and build your confidence to take the next step in becoming a more proficient photographer.
The course will be focused equally on the two programs with 3 weeks concentrating on each.
What you will learn
During the course you will learn how to:
- Batch process the importing of digital photos from a camera
- Manage the selection process of images
- Be able to complete exporting / saving procedures
- Apply core editing techniques such as; cropping, framing, colour balance management, resizing and formatting of images as well as adding of watermarks for copyright protection, preparing digital files for sending or uploading via emails or social media
The classes are instructive while in a relaxed atmosphere. Questions will be answered and lots of hints and tips will be given throughout the course.
All of the learning is completed through practical sessions in our digital computer suite.
There is no assessment. No written work will be required.
A college certificate will be given at the end of the course.
A desire to learn Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
No interview is required.
