Intermediate Level 2 Apprenticeship in Business Administration

Hourly wage - £4 per hour (reviewed after 3 months)

A fantastic opportunity to work in a very successful and friendly company based in Romsey. A suitable candidate for this role will be an integral part of the company. They will help to support clients as well as all other members of staff. 123 Business Services are accountants and management accountants in Romsey, Hampshire. They offer complete packages to small businesses across the United Kingdom and abroad.

Job Role

  • Filing documents
  • Listing invoices
  • Allocating expenses into appropriate categories
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Customer service tasks (answering phones/taking appointment bookings/handling queries etc)
  • E-mailing clients, companies and colleagues  
  • Using Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Payroll processing
  • Running errands, such as, posting letters and delivering documents to local clients

Skills Required

You should have the following skills:

  • Good communication skills which enable you to aid clients and communicate with colleagues
  • Confident in the use of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Be able to work as part of a team with ability to take own initiative
  • An understanding of confidentiality, with a keen eye for detail, due to the nature of the documents to be processed
  • The desire to learn and be eager to gain experience in this sector

Entry Requirements

5 GCSEs grade D/3 or above (including English and maths)
