Level 2 Food Production

Hours: 30 per week                       Salary: £225.60 per week

We are looking for a keen and customer focused person to join our catering team at an establishment based in Romsey. As an apprentice you will be training for your Level 2 Food Production and Cooking Diploma under the support and guidance of our experienced hospitality team. With such a wide variety of catering services within HC3S this really is a great opportunity to join a company that will help you develop your chef skills as you grow and progress in your role. You will play a key role in our kitchen brigade where you will work under the guidance of a highly skilled and experienced team.

Typical duties will include: -

Assisting with hot and cold food preparation work, basic cooking rotating through sections whilst maintaining a high standard of hygiene and general assisting duties as required in the kitchen.
