£5.05 per hour. Annually : £9847.00 
Monday to Friday - 08:30 – 16:30pm
Ideally Full Time 37.5 hours a week

Vacacny Description

This individual will be working alongside the business support administration team. There are six of us all together which covers Quality, Safeguarding and (CHC) Continuing Healthcare.  Daily duties will consist of answering the telephone and checking messages throughout the day, assisting with admin queries, and collecting incoming post to log. Printing, preparing and photocopying papers in advance for meetings.
Assist with conferencing fortnightly which consists of checking three times a day the tea and coffee area is topped up such as the tea bags, coffee, water and milk as well as flasks with hot water being topped up ensuring our area for meetings is tidy for meetings that take place throughout the day.

This candidate will report to myself on a daily basis, I will ensure this candidate has enough to do and has an appropriate induction and training when starting this position.

We adhere information governance very seriously as we speak to patients and the family of those relating to continuing healthcare which a calm approach is required as some can be upset depending on whether receiving funding or not as well as making sure no patient identifying data is left on our desks or sent inappropriately. As we have a variety of meetings that we provide admin support for in terms of minuting we have to have patient confidentiality especially for safeguarding meetings so we have to password protect documents if sending information securely off site.

The same applies for receiving faxes, emails and post which is can be confidential with patient information so will need to ensure this is appropriately dealt with so this is passed on to the correct individual, logged and that we meet specific deadlines.
