Vacancy Description

Start our carpentry apprenticeship and it’ll be the start of something big. We’ll show you the ropes with high-quality training and support to gain those vital qualifications. Then the sky’s the limit.

We’re a large, family-run company where we’ll encourage you to grow. And who better to help guide you along your journey than an experienced and caring Apprentice Master, who has previously been in your shoes and has since helped many others realise their potential.

With the opportunity to forge relationships with everyone from Labourers to Site Managers and sub-contractors there are lots of people to ask for advice and to who you can demonstrate your fantastic natural talent, great work ethic and an eagerness to learn.

If you are concerned about how you will manage your studies alongside your practical training then don’t be – we will support you every step of the way to become the best you can be, with other apprentices on hand to help and encourage you.

All we ask is for you to show us your motivation and dedication, maintain attendance at your approved NVQ course and perform to the best of your ability. When on-site, working in a safe and conscientious manner, keeping accurate training records, attending necessary meetings and complying with and upholding company policies and procedures are all key.

This is your time to shine – if you’re prepared to commit to your future then we are only too happy to help provide you with the skills and experience which you need to succeed. At Bloor Homes we genuinely believe in helping to develop our employees and hope you can see the value of both an apprenticeship and also a longer term career with us.
