Advanced Apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering

As an Apprentice System Build Engineer you will join our System Build Team. This position offers a great deal of variety. Throughout your apprenticeship your on the job training and role responsibilities will include the following:
Electrical Wiring of Robot Automation Systems Mechanical Assembly of Robot Automation Systems Electrical Control Panel Building, Testing and Commissioning Onsite Installation, Commissioning and Machine Modifications Fault Finding and Support of Robot Systems Routine Robot Systems Maintenance Robot and PLC Programming
This position is initially based at our premises in Southampton but as your skill level increases will involve installation and commissioning at customer's sites throughout the UK.

You must be a “hands on”, practical individual with an interest in how mechanisms work and this will probably be reflected in your hobbies and interests.
Personal qualitiesWe are looking for an ambitious individual who is enthusiastic about learning and developing a successful career in engineering. You must be reliable and be able to demonstrate good communication skills.
Qualifications requiredGrade A-C (or their equivalent) in Maths, English and Science
