£3.70 Per Hour.
The working week involves Mondays at college followed by 2 days off. You will typically work split shifts Thursday through to Sunday working 10.30am – 3.00pm then 6.30pm – finish (Approx 9.30-10pm)
This fresh food establishment boasts an AA Rosette and is looking to train new chefs in all areas of the kitchen. The role will be heavily involved in all daily food preparation from bread making and butchery to the cooking and presenting of dishes under the guiding supervision of our experienced Head Chef and his friendly team.
Roles and Responsibilities
You will work at key times to work along side the chefs and learn the trade from the bottom up. The more you put in to the work the more you will get out of it.
You will have supervised exposure, by either the Head Chef or Sous Chef, to all areas of the kitchen working starters and canapes, mains and desserts in terms of both food service times and preparation times.
A passion for food and a hunger to learn how to create excellent food for a discerning clientele in a busy environment.
