To work closely with the head chef in a busy kitchen environment, cooking and prepping fresh dishes every day, maintaining a clean work area, learning the traditional menu and also adding the daily special menu with creative ideas.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Daily prep
- Menu planning
- Monitoring stock
- Running and setting up sections
- Working a clean and safe environment.
Good knowledge of food hygiene, safety, cleanliness both personal and in the kitchen.
A* to C in English and Maths
