Wage

£4.30 per hour.
9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday. 

40 hours in total. You will be required to work Saturdays on a rota basis and this will be discussed at the interview.

Vacancy Description

• Responsible for speaking to customers that visit the store to identify their flooring requirements
• Actively listen to the customer’s requirements and confidently present all options that meet these requirements
• Produce estimates based upon the customer’s sizes
• Schedule measures for self and fellow sales estimators
• Monitor own quotes and orders from start to finish to ensure the customer receives the best service
• Take responsibility for own customer orders until fitting to include administration
• Work closely with the Warehouse Team to ensure quality control and stock control of goods
• Cover the reception desk and perform duties as required
• Use store paperwork and computerised systems necessary for the efficient day to day operation of the store
• Ensure that all aspects of general housekeeping and visual merchandising are carried out to ensure a professional image at all time
• Embrace developments on the Company’s products and ensure that pricing policy and changes are implemented
• Operate at all times within the quality standards and employee policy and procedures as defined by the Company

Qualifications

A-C / 4-9 in English and Maths GCSE is the Entry Requirments for this course. We will ask for evidence of this when applying. If you cannot provide evience, we unfortunatly cannot progress with your application.
