Service Level Agreement and Terms and Conditions for Business Training Courses
The purpose of this Service Level Agreement is to ensure that a framework with commitments is in place in order to deliver 'service excellence' to all customers.
The objectives of this Agreement are to:
- Outline accountabilities, roles and/or responsibilities.
- Offer an opportunity for ensuring we work to meet our Customer Charters (Employer and Learner).
This SLA shall remain valid until revised, or completion of the training agreed in the signed Business Proposal or Course Reservation, whichever is the sooner.
