A multi function fitness centre designed to offer you a total body workout developing core stability and strength and overall fitness.
The fitness centre has been designed into 3 key areas to develop Core Stability, Cardio Fitness & Strength.

Zone 1 - Core Stability
This is a matted area designed to allow users a place to stretch when warming up and cooling down. It has free weights and power plate machine which is has been created to tone & develop core strength. The adjustable pulley machine allows the user to train multiple areas.
Zone 2 - Cardio Fitness
The cardio area groups together a range of cardio vascular equipment that can be used by those who have mobility problems through to those who train regularly. All cardio equipment will be facing wall mounted televisions.
Zone 3 - Strength
A circuit of resistance equipment designed to provide a total body workout.
