Michael spend two years at Southampton City College studying to become a manager in the Hospitality industry. His studies have been successful and he is soon to start work as a trainee manager for Compass, the largest catering organisation in the world. To start with Michael will be working locally in a supervisory role in the restaurant of one of the high street department stores. Naturally he hopes to move to other areas of Compass and fulfil his other ambition of seeing other parts of the world.
