About the course:
This is a new class for this year.
There is nothing like the smell and taste of your own bread. If you love fresh bread this is for you!
Course Content:
During the class you will learn how to make Cheese and Herb Bread, Plaits and Fancy Rolls. Learn how to make your own bread by hand. There will be step by step instructions with easy to follow directions. Once you have made your own bread you will never go back to a sliced bread!
Best of all you get to take all your products home! You will be provided with recipe sheets with all the recipes and information you need to create your products at home.
Entry Requirements/Qualifications:
No entry requirements needed. This workshop is for anyone interested in baking.
No experience is necessary. All abilities welcome.
Learning Style:
The day is 100% practical with no written work.
The classes are taught in an instructive but relaxed atmosphere, starting with a demonstration.
Equipment Requirements:
No equipment required, all can be borrowed.
Assessment:
No assessments.

Bakery, Cake Decoration, Wired Flowers and Saturday Workshops, see website for more information.
Additional Information:
You may want to bring some containers with you, to take home your delicious goods! Please bring a tea towel. If you want to bring your own apron you can or use our plastic disposable aprons.
