Kameisha was nominated for the Functional Skills Outstanding Learner Award.

This was the text that was read out during the prize giving on Monday 20th June:

Kamiesha has shown dedication and a will to succeed to improve her individual maths skills. Her aim is to improve these skills in preparation for university. She has shown an outstanding improvement in her level of mathematical skills and is teaching these new skills to friends and family. The team would like to wish her well with her future studies.
