I came to City College to study business as it was close to where I lived. I did not achieve good grades at school and I was not certain what course I wanted to take. I was guided on to the business and IT area and I did business, first at level 1, then level 2 and now the BTEC course at level 3. I have found City College a more friendly environment than at school and I have found it easier to make friends at college than at school. I have learnt a lot about business, I found the business scenarios we have studied useful. What I get taught will be handy because most businesses expect you to know certain things.
