Students Get PDAs

The project which has been named Capture sees more than 50 students across a number of vocational courses being given PDAS (Personal Digital Assistants) so they can submit evidence for their NVQs and Diplomas to an ePortfolio using mobile and wireless technology.   These have so far been received with great enthusiasm and interest from the students involved.

Performing Arts - New Show Dates

The performing arts students at City College are putting on two plays to showcase their talents. On Monday 8th February and Tuesday 9th February, our students will perform not one, but two shows on each night! Several theatre technology students and their tutor from Southampton City College have just been informed that they have been nominated for a prestigious Daily Echo Curtain Call Award for 2009.
