Access to Meetings

Board Meetings

Persons who are not Members of the Corporation other than those members of the college staff or others required to contribute to items on the agenda, may attend Board meetings subject to application at least 5 working days in advance of the meeting date and agreement by the Chair.  Agendas are available from the Clerk 7 days prior to the meeting dates

Such persons attending a meeting may not comment or speak at the meeting unless this has been previously agreed by the Chair.

Committee Meetings

Only committee members, those staff and external advisers mentioned in the committee terms of reference, other Corporation Members and other persons specifically invited by the Committee Chair in order to contribute to the business of the committee, may attend committee meetings.

Public Meetings

From time to time the Corporation may wish to hold meetings with the attendance and contribution by the public.  The agendas and protocols for such meetings will be determined by the Corporation and published by the Clerk 7 days in advance of the meeting.
