About the course:

Do your sponges look like pizzas? Do your scones make good missiles?

If the answer to this is yes, then this workshop is for you. Learn how to make a Victoria sponge and Scones.

This workshop is for anyone interested in baking.

Course Content:

All abilities welcome.

The day is 100% practical with no written work. You will be provided with a recipe sheet with all the information you need to create your products at home.

We will be making a Victoria Sponge and filling it with jam. You will also learn how to make a selection of different flavoured scones, all for you to take home.

Entry Requirements/Qualifications:

No experience is necessary.

Learning Style:

The classes are taught in an instructive but relaxed atmosphere, starting with a demonstration.

Equipment Requirements:

All equipment will be provided.

No assessment.
