Students will gain the industry skills to carry out skin care techniques and make-up to a professional level, as well as learning how to give advice to clients in a store, or as a service in beauty therapy. Entry RequirementsThis course is designed for over 19’s. Ideally all applications require a good standard of education in English, Maths and Science GCSE's A-D or the equivalent, and candidates who have successfully completed a Level 1 Beauty course with a satisfactory reference and skills assessment.
Learner from the EU or who have been previous ESOL students will require a good standard of spoken English (Level 1 or above) so they can hold a conversation with our wide client base.
It should be noted that a good standard of physical health is required as beauty is often physically demanding, and this type of work may affect certain skin conditions.
A short interview is required by every learners before starting this course and enrolment will be dependent on a successful outcome. Learner from the EU or who have been previous ESOL students will require a good standard of spoken English (Level 1 or above) so they can hold a conversation with our wide client base.
It should be noted that a good standard of physical health is required as beauty is often physically demanding, and this type of work may affect certain skin conditions.
This course is designed for over 19’s. About the CourseThe level 2 Award in Make up a short bit size course which focuson improving and maintaining facial skin conditions to include skin exfoliation, skin warming, comedone extraction, facial massage, mask treatments and the use of facial products.
