About the Course

In business it is vital to have qualified up to date First Aider on site at all times.  This course if for those that have completed the First Aid at Work course 3 years prior and need to update their qualification.

• Update of all first aid protocols
• Revision of First Aid at Work syllabus

Entry Requirements

Delegates must start the course with an in-date certificate which needs to be sent along with your booking.  Places cannot be confirmed until a copy of this certificate is received.

Equipment Requirements

All equipment is provided.

Assessment

The course tutor, via theory and practical work continuously assesses candidates with a final formal assessment by external examiners.  The successful candidate will be awarded a new First Aid at Work certificate from the Health and Safety Executive Certificate valid for a further three years.

Progression

The HSE strongly recommends that you attend a refresher session once every year during the three year period of your valid First Aid Qualification.  This Annual Refresher course provides you with an opportunity to practise and update your skills.
