About the Course
The aim of this qualification is to recognise the skills and competences of candidates in the workplace. The qualification provides individuals with an opportunity to demonstrate the skills and knowledge needed for a career in business and administration. The units encompass a broad range of competencies from the administration sector.

To achieve the Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration, learners must achieve 45 credits in total; 21 credits from the 6 mandatory units and a total of 24 credits from the optional units as follows:

Candidates must be working in an appropriate business administration job role for example:
Potential applicants must ensure that they can be released from work for college attendance.
You can choose between a paper based portfolio which will require a lever arch folder and dividers or the Ecordia online portfolio which will require a computer and internet access.
The 5 taught units which will be delivered at City College during office hours and will be achieved via online multiple choice exams. For the remaining work based units, the Candidates workplace assessor will meet with them at their place of work to assist with the collection of evidence towards the portfolio.
